At this stage of product development, Gruvi already offered all standard functionalities of a condominium app. However, our aim was to transcend these capabilities; we envisioned becoming the go-to app for home, condominium, and neighborhood needs. To achieve this shift in concept, we needed to integrate new functionalities that would demonstrate the added value we could offer to users. As a result, we developed a feature for residential expenses management, enabling users to manage their household bills effectively.
At this stage of product development, Gruvi already offered all standard functionalities of a condominium app. However, our aim was to transcend these capabilities; we envisioned becoming the go-to app for home, condominium, and neighborhood needs. To achieve this shift in concept, we needed to integrate new functionalities that would demonstrate the added value we could offer to users. As a result, we developed a feature for residential expenses management, enabling users to manage their household bills effectively.
However, simply registering expenses wouldn’t suffice for customer retention. Therefore, we offered a select group of users the option to switch from conventional energy expenses to green energy. This not only promotes sustainability but also provides cost savings compared to conventional energy sources.

Through it, users could access a timeline tracking their request progress, allowing them to initiate new actions depending on the stage. This flow ensured that users received appropriate feedback throughout the utility transfer process.
